Our newest Cessation Program is Quit Smoking Sea Camp available onboard cruises or in participating all-inclusive resorts.

The program combines isolation from cigarettes with daily activities and our smoking cessation program.

Quit Smoking Sea Camp

The program is administered on board 4-14 Day sailings to the Bahamas and Caribbean, where your days will involve physical activities onboard the ship and snorkeling excursions in the Caribbean. Michael, your mentor will work with you up to twelve hours per day, authorizing your onboard charges, while restricting you from purchasing cigarettes.

Camp Belize

We have an agreement with St. George's Caye Resort in Belize, in which they extend special rates for people who wish to travel with Michael and become certified in open-water SCUBA as they become smoke-free.  Daily activities include snorkeling expeditions and SCUBA diving.

We are beginning to defer counseling to the organizations that control the tobacco fund. There is free assistance for you, but we have found that most people really don't need a mental health counselor and most of them have their own issues. Michael serves as an example and a mentor, leading people on daily snorkeling expeditions and helping people work through the smoking cessation process.

While Camp Belize is not affordable for everyone, it is an incredible life-changing experience that will pay for itself countless times throughout your smoke-free life.

 

 

 

 

 

Quit Smoking Boot Camp combines isolation from cigarettes with daily mentoring and outdoor activities.  You are completely cut-off  from cigarettes as you learn to put cigarettes behind you.

 

 

 

 

 

You will quit smoking because there won't be any cigarettes. Daily activities include hiking through Smokey Mountains National Park. We will be operating Quit Smoking Boot Camp in the Rocky Mountains and Alaska in 2012, expanding our horizons and making the experience one that everyone across the country can access and enjoy.

Private Cessation Boot Camp is available throughout the year and we can normally begin a session in as soon as a few days; because we understand that when people want to quit smoking, they want to quit now, and not six months from now.
